To start a resolution process for an order, use the "Raise Issue" button. This will open a three-way communication channel between the seller, customer, and arbitrators.

What are the possible outcomes of a conflict resolution?

The order may be reactivated, a refund may be issued, or the auto-finalization period might be extended by seven days.

In which situations should I seek conflict resolution?

If your order remains undelivered and the auto-finalization countdown is approaching its final 48 hours.

If the goods you receive are not as described, contain unauthorized substances, or differ from what you originally ordered.

If the order is delivered incomplete or only partially fulfilled.
