What's the proper procedure for merchants to process transactions?

Upon receiving a transaction, your first step is to review the delivery details provided by the client in the "Transaction Management" section.

Verify that the item is currently available and that the delivery location or pickup point (reference) is within your serviceable areas.

At this stage, you have the option to either "Confirm" or "Cancel and Reimburse" the transaction.

Once the item is dispatched or placed, update the status to "Dispatched". If applicable, communicate the tracking or pickup point (reference) information to the client via the transaction form.

For prepaid transactions, funds are released to you and the transaction is marked as "Completed Early".

For secured transactions, you'll need to wait for the client to receive the item and mark the transaction as "Completed".

How can I process a reimbursement for a completed transaction?

Simply utilize the transfer feature in the financial menu to send the reimbursement directly to the client. Don't forget to send a follow-up message to notify them.
