How do I transfer funds using Digital Asset A?

Before initiating any transfers to the platform, first set up a personal digital wallet under your control.

Locate the Financial Operations button in the left-side panel of the screen.

Once you have funds in your personal wallet, click the transfer button to display your designated Digital Asset A address.

Proceed to send the funds to this Digital Asset A address.

After the funds have been sent and the transaction has received one network confirmation, click the "refresh" option on the transfer page to prompt our system to check for new transactions at that address.

How do I transfer funds using Digital Asset B?

Before initiating any transfers to the platform, first set up a personal digital wallet under your control.

Locate the Financial Operations button in the left-side panel of the screen.

Once you have funds in your personal wallet, click the transfer button to display your designated Digital Asset B address.

Proceed to send the funds to this Digital Asset B address.

After the funds have been sent and the transaction has received one network confirmation, click the "refresh" option on the transfer page to prompt our system to check for new transactions at that address.

How long does it take for transferred funds to appear in my platform account?

We require one network confirmation for Digital Asset A and two confirmations for Digital Asset B. Once these requirements are met, your balance will be updated within thirty minutes.

Why hasn't my balance been updated?

There are three possibilities. First, the address you transferred to might be incorrect or not generated by our system; it could have been compromised by a fraudulent site. Second, the transaction may not have been broadcast or confirmed yet. Lastly, please click "Refresh" on the transfer page to request our system to re-check the network for your transfer transaction.
