How do I initiate a conversation with another user?

Select the communication icon in the menu. Then click "New". Enter the recipient's username and your message, complete the security verification, and select the "Send" option.

What is the purpose of the Encryption Key option?

The Encryption Key option provides you with the user's public key, allowing you to encrypt your message for enhanced security.

How do I respond to a received message?

Click the communication icon in the menu. Then select "Reply". Type your response, complete the security verification, and choose the "Send" option.

What is Temporary Mode?

Temporary mode allows you to send a message that will be automatically removed after 24 hours of inactivity.

Can I remove a sent message?

Users cannot remove messages; instead, use the designated areas in transactions for sharing delivery and tracking details. This measure is in place to maintain a record of communications if needed. All messages are automatically removed after ten days. If a message poses an immediate security risk, please contact our support team to request its removal.

How do I report unsolicited communications?
