When you receive a new transaction in "Manage Transactions", first review the delivery information provided by the client.
Confirm that the delivery address or secure pickup location meets your service area criteria and that the item is currently available.
You can then decide to either "Confirm" or "Cancel and Refund" the transaction.
Next, prepare the item for delivery or pickup and mark it as "Processed". If applicable, use the transaction form to send any relevant tracking or location information to the client.
For pre-approved transactions, the funds are released to you and the transaction is marked as "Completed Early".
For secured transactions, you'll need to wait for the client to receive the item and mark the transaction as "Completed".
Use the transfer function in the financial menu to send the refund directly to the client. Remember to send a follow-up message to notify them.
