How can I withdraw funds?

First, generate a new receiving address in your personal digital wallet.

Access the Withdrawal option by hovering over the Drug Hub icon in the top left corner.

Select your preferred digital asset, click "New withdrawal", and enter the amount along with the receiving address from your personal wallet.

After clicking the "Confirm Withdrawal" button, a notification about the withdrawal status will appear in your message center.

Are there any withdrawal restrictions?

To prevent micro-transactions, there's a minimum withdrawal amount of 0.002 units for Asset A and 0.01 units for Asset B.

Why is there an hourly withdrawal limit?

You can make one withdrawal per hour for each type of digital asset. This measure is in place to protect our systems from potential overload or security risks.

What fees apply to withdrawals?

We only deduct network transaction fees; we don't charge additional withdrawal fees. For Asset A, transactions are set to confirm within two network cycles. For Asset B, we use a fixed fee of 0.005 units.

How long does it take for withdrawals to be processed?

Our systems typically process withdrawals within thirty minutes or less.
